Doug Diehl
Doug graduated from Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Kentucky in 1978. Since then he has served in Bismarck, ND; Britton, SD; Grand Forks, ND; and now in Rapid City, SD. He has been married to Dawn for 33 years. They have two married children and three incredibly good looking grandchildren.
This is the second time around for Doug at Rapid City First. he was the associate pastor in charge of Christian Education and Youth from 1980 until the fall of 1983. He is now back as senior pastor as of July 2001.
Pastor Doug believes that above all Jesus Christ must be preached and it is in a relationship with Him that we find life, purpose and direction. He believes in the ministry of all believers and works to challenge and enable all of the members to be in ministry.
Doug enjoys reading, being a “buppa” (grandpa) and riding his 1300 Yamaha V-Star.
